Responsibilities: Support sales growth targets by developing and growing new and existing accounts Acquire new business by building a healthy sales pipeline and prospecting over the phone Conduct market research and liaise with internal departments to identify new leads Proactively establish contact with prospective customers and nurture new relationships Identify customer needs and provide solutions by promoting the company's products and services Log all customer interactions on the CRM system and ensure it is regularly updated with sales activity Skills and Experience: A skilled Business Development Manager who thrives in target-driven environments Demonstrates a genuine passion for sales and a proven track record of identifying potential opportunities and converting these into sales Has a history of meeting and exceeding agreed individual and team sales targets Commercially-minded, tenacious and performance driven, loves exceeding expectations and smashing targets Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills Always willing to go the extra mile for the company and its customers To become part of this vibrant company, please send your CV for consideration.
