  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with a 5.00pm finish

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales growth targets by developing and growing new and existing accounts
  • Acquire new business by building a healthy sales pipeline and prospecting over the phone
  • Conduct market research and liaise with internal departments to identify new leads
  • Proactively establish contact with prospective customers and nurture new relationships
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions by promoting the company's products and services
  • Log all customer interactions on the CRM system and ensure it is regularly updated with sales activity

Skills and Experience:

  • A skilled Business Development Manager who thrives in target-driven environments
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for sales and a proven track record of identifying potential opportunities and converting these into sales
  • Has a history of meeting and exceeding agreed individual and team sales targets
  • Commercially-minded, tenacious and performance driven, loves exceeding expectations and smashing targets
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Always willing to go the extra mile for the company and its customers
