Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join our client's team. This role involves primarily handling sales negotiations, booking valuations, viewings, and conducting valuations every Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role would suit someone with existing valuation experience or who is in a Sales Negotiator role looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Sales Negotiation: Manage and negotiate property sales, ensuring the best outcomes for both sellers and buyers. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and feedback throughout the sales process. Handle inquiries from potential buyers, offering detailed information about properties and arranging viewings. Booking Valuations and Viewings: Schedule property valuations and viewings, coordinating with clients and team members to ensure seamless appointments. Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow up with clients as needed. Conducting Valuations: Perform property valuations every Friday, providing accurate and professional assessments of property values. Prepare and present valuation reports to clients, offering advice and recommendations based on market trends and property conditions. Conduct property viewings, showcasing the property's features and provide detailed information to potential buyers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally. Market Knowledge and Research: Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market research and analysis. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a sales or negotiation role, preferably within the property industry. Strong understanding of property valuation processes and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for property and customer service. Proficiency in using estate agency software and other relevant tools. A valid UK driving license and own transport is essential.
