Commission Structure:
- Booking Valuation - 2.5% of fee
- Booking Valuation & Conducting Valuation - 7.5% of fee
- Booking Valuation & Conducting Valuation & Finding Buyer - 10% of fee

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join our client's team. This role involves primarily handling sales negotiations, booking valuations, viewings, and conducting valuations every Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role would suit someone with existing valuation experience or who is in a Sales Negotiator role looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Negotiation:
- Manage and negotiate property sales, ensuring the best outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and feedback throughout the sales process.
- Handle inquiries from potential buyers, offering detailed information about properties and arranging viewings.
Booking Valuations and Viewings:
- Schedule property valuations and viewings, coordinating with clients and team members to ensure seamless appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow up with clients as needed.
Conducting Valuations:
- Perform property valuations every Friday, providing accurate and professional assessments of property values.
- Prepare and present valuation reports to clients, offering advice and recommendations based on market trends and property conditions.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing the property's features and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
Market Knowledge and Research:
- Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market research and analysis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales or negotiation role, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong understanding of property valuation processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for property and customer service.
- Proficiency in using estate agency software and other relevant tools.
- A valid UK driving license and own transport is essential.
