Systems Support Analyst
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a membership organisation in Central London, who are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join a team and help with the customer membership systems.
Duties
Primary support for escalated Support Requests (8000users) via the Support System, ensuring prompt assessment and triage of issues and assigning requests to relevant Teams as required.
Provide technical support for queries raised via the Mailbox.
