Systems Support Analyst:
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a membership organisation in Central London, who are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join a team and help with the customer membership systems.
Duties:
- Primary support for escalated Support Requests (8000+users) via the Support System, ensuring prompt assessment and triage of issues and assigning requests to relevant Teams as required.
- Provide technical support for queries raised via the Mailbox
- Work with the ICT Development Team, reviewing bugs raised, agree solutions and test accordingly leading to resolution of issue with 'customers'
- Primary support for system tickets, ensuring prompt resolution or reassignment as required.
- Work with the ICT Development Team, reviewing bugs raised, agree solutions and test accordingly leading to resolution of issue with 'customers'.
- Update ICT Training Officers to ensure changes are clear and then work with them to ensure effective guidance is provided to the customer
- Lead UAT testing, when necessary, for system enhancements for both customer systems and the Support System.
Salary + additional information:
- £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
- 35 hours per week
- 25 days holiday
