We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst who will play a crucial role in our retail operations, providing technical support to our teams across the company.

Description

  • Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support to employees across the company.
  • Resolving service desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries.
  • Working closely with the technology team to resolve more complex issues.
  • Documenting all actions in line with company and industry standards.
  • Assisting in the management of software and hardware inventories.
  • Participating in IT projects as required.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service desk function.

Profile

A successful Service Desk team member should have:

  • An educational background in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Strong skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of retail industry systems and applications.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

Job Offer

  • £200-£250 Per Day, Depending of experience.
  • 6 months Contract
