Description
- Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support to employees across the company.
- Resolving service desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries.
- Working closely with the technology team to resolve more complex issues.
- Documenting all actions in line with company and industry standards.
- Assisting in the management of software and hardware inventories.
- Participating in IT projects as required.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service desk function.
Profile
A successful Service Desk team member should have:
- An educational background in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A good understanding of retail industry systems and applications.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Job Offer
- £200-£250 Per Day, Depending of experience.
- 6 months Contract
