We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader, to work in service for adults with learning disabilities in Bournemouth.
You'll plan and organise the delivery of support and care to people with Learning Disabilities, Physical disabilities, Autism, Asperger's and complex needs living.
We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to work with and lead a small team of five carers providing support and activities to a delightful, fun loving, good natured boy in his early teens in his own home.
We are seeking a Team Leader with experience of working well with teenagers/children for a choice of part time hours in term time, and increasing hours in school holidays, with flexibility for additional hours including sleep in shifts.
Weekend shifts through the year are also available.
The First Line Team Leader is responsible for leading the team of First Line Support Analysts.
The role is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the Shift and On-Call patterns and the general wellbeing of the First Line Team as well as other team leadership duties as defined below.
