As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
You'll work 656 hours over the duration of the contract, and you'll work 16 hours per week over 4 days for 30 weeks, 8 hours per week over 2 days for 22 weeks.
This will include weekend and bank holiday shifts, and there will be some evening shifts in December.
With your enthusiasm to provide a great service, you'll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have.
Where necessary this may include supporting with care needs from time to time as well as positive behaviour management adopting a tailored approach to the individual child.

The role
As a Clinical Psychologist you will work as part of a therapy team across two schools.
The Schools provide flexible day placements for students aged 5 to 19 years with communication and associated difficulties or specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia.
