Your new role
Working within a team, you will be processing invoices, resolving queries, statement reconciliation and maintaining all major vendor accounts. You will also be involved in payment runs, bank reconciliation and weekly cash reporting. You will also have the opportunity to assist with balance sheet reconciliation, monthly GRN reviews as well as SOX and VAT compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will already have a proven track record in accounts payable or accounts assistant experience, ideally having worked within a larger company having used integrated IT systems like SAP. Being team-orientated with strong attention to detail, you will possess an enthusiastic and personable manner in order to work effectively to deadlines.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options are available by working from home two days a week, plus on-site parking and excellent working conditions and facilities. This contract will initially be for 9 months. However, there could be a chance this could be extended or become permanent.
