Domiciliary Care Worker - Full time/Part time/Evenings/Weekends/Bank Type: Permanent and Bank contracts available (sorry they do not accept sponsorship applications) Region: Warwickshire, Solihull & surrounding areas Our client has immediate opportunities for Domiciliary Care Workers in Warwickshire, Solihull and surrounding areas. They welcome experienced staff and staff new to caring, as full training will be given to the right candidate regardless of experience and qualifications. Please note they do not accept applications from those requiring sponsorship. They provide care and support to older adults living in their own homes or with family members. They also provide respite care and sitting services if required. Interviews will be held on a rolling basis from Monday, 27th May and onwards. As an employee of our client, you will be expected to: Actively support the individuals with all support needs, including but not limited to personal care, medication, food preparation, and companionship. You will ensure that their homes/living spaces are clean and tidy if required. Actively contribute to and promote the welfare of the individuals they support which may include accessing the community, shopping, and support with appointments. Work within all Policies, Procedures and Guidelines provided by our client, including accurate record keeping, confidentiality, and GDPR. Desirable Experience Skills & Qualifications Ideally hold a QCF level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (However, training will be provided to candidates with the right aptitude and passion for the role). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ideally have experience in working with older adults. Full Driving licence with access to own vehicle. Undergo any required health and/or security checks including DBS checks and references for the role; supply any required evidence or information for these as part of their recruitment process. Remuneration Package Permanent domiciliary care roles are paid at £11.50 per hour, Monday to Friday. An enhanced hourly rate is paid for weekend and bank holiday work. Full training will be provided including shadow shifts. Annual performance related bonus may also be offered.

Reporting to Neighbourhood Team Leader, you are required to work as part of the Neighbourhoods team to deliver a quality service to create community safety and safer neighbourhoods. This role involves: Progressing individual Anti-Social Behaviour cases, taking appropriate enforcement action, working closely with appropriate staff to obtain a successful outcome. Exercising tenancy conditions including legal remedies, in cases of serious and or/persistent nuisance or anti-social behaviour; developing specialist knowledge as appropriate Liaising with Solicitors to obtain appropriate advice to progress Court applications and attend hearings where necessary. Working closely with the Neighbourhood Services team and the Concierge team to determine the allocation and deployment of CCTV equipment, mobile telephones and other measures providing support to tenants, including support referrals where appropriate. As Safer Neighbourhood Officer, we need you to have: Basic understanding of the legal framework within which anti-social behaviour can be dealt with Experience of working with customers, internally and externally and partner agencies to support the delivery of the business.
