Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Senior Carer for an independent nursing homes in Coventry.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous work experience within a community or health care setting.
- Proven track record of strong People Management is essential.
- Ability to provide internal training and support to staff on all shifts inc. night.
- Reliability and flexibility are essential.
- Experience working as a Deputy or Senior Carer is essential.
- Rostering skills to ensure adequate cover is provided is essential.
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care is essential.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in health and social care is desirable or willing to work towards a qualification.
