Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of support workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective service delivery.
We are seeking a highly committed, proactive and professional Registered Service Manager to lead the operational management of a specialist supported living service located in Braintree.
The service has been developed to meet the needs of people who have a learning disability and/or autism and complex needs, including mental health needs and behaviours which can challenge.
The service supports 10 people in an attractive new-build supported housing scheme, commissioned as part of the Transforming Care Programme in Essex.

Operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire, our client provide accommodation-based services to those in need of care and support, and to those who cannot afford to buy or rent homes at market rates.
