The role of support coordinator is to raise purchase orders for Professional Services engagements & maintain the purchase order through to completion.
The role includes other administrative duties such as responding to emails from a shared mailbox and sending out contractor packs for temporary staff & contractors working at CDW.
This includes amendments to the purchase order, requesting updates on the status of work and receipting the purchase order once the work has been completed with appropriate documentation received.
To provide appropriate administrative support for meetings as and when required, including arranging venues, issuing invitations and agendas, collating reports, minute taking and distributing minutes as required
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
To ensure correspondence including letters, email and telephone calls are dealt with appropriately including alerting the Manager to specific priorities and issues.
This role is integral to the day to day running of the department and will see the post holder providing consistent administration and legal secretarial support to the team.

You will be able to manage a varied workload and your time efficiently, working closely with fee earners and supporting their clients throughout the duration of their case, ensuring all correspondence is sent on time and their enquiries handled professionally.
The candidate would be required to take minutes at meetings and hearings, typing documents, collating files, updating interval databases and answering queries.
