In this role you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
Responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance within the Data Services department, working between the hours of 08.30 and 17.30 hours (i.e.
Assisting with inbound and outbound phone and email queries, control of order entry process and forms, whilst assisting other departments when required.
He suffers from severe epilepsy, does require PEG medication and requires 24 hour support Your role is support is to meet his medical and personal care needs.
You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.
Taking him to and from day centres, using hoists for transports, issuing medication and day-to-day assistance needs.
