Our client, based in Southsea, are looking for a new Finance Assistant to join them on a temporary to permanent basis, ideally immediately / at short notice. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Preparing invoices / billing and all required adjustments, answering invoice queries
- Recording cash receipts and banking
- Credit control duties and working too collect unpaid invoices whilst maintaining positive relationships
- Banking and bank reconciliation / petty cash reconciliation
- Processing payroll data to pass on to external payroll providers
- Supplier payments / invoices
- General accounts administration support
You will need strong accounts experience, and ideally be available immediately or at short notice.
