Pay rate: £11.33 - £13.65Shift Pattern: Shifts available: Days – Shifts can be any day from Mon to Sun withOpportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.Location: PortsmouthRequirements: Full Manual UK driver's license & own vehicle We've got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a gentlemen living in Portsmouth. He suffers from severe epilepsy, does require PEG medication and requires 24 hour support Your role is support is to meet his medical and personal care needs. Taking him to and from day centres, using hoists for transports, issuing medication and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You'll need to:

  • Be caring and approachable Hold a full UK Driving Licence + Have access to your own vehicle Be patient and welcoming Be Helpful, reliable & professional Bonus if you like dogs - The client has two! A positive outlook Able to help with personal care Able to prepare meals Potentially administer medication and Ideally hold an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care or related topic, or be willing to study towards this
