Our longstanding client based in Huntingdon are looking for a Support Services Administrator to join their established team based on site in Huntingdon. Due to the nature of the role the successful Support Services Administrator will be working in the office 5 days per week. 12 weeks temp initially but could be opportunity to go on to a FTC after. The role of Support Services Administrator will have the main responsibility dealing with the water samples that have been taken and require outsourcing for testing organising with the 3rd parties to organise this ensuring all data is captured and follow the process through. Responsibilities: Deal with internal and external queries coming in through the Laboratory mailbox. Dealing with water samples that require outsourcing and liaising with the 3rd parties to organise. Registration and recording water sample information onto the lab system. Packing the water samples and organising the couriers to deliver them. Data entry of results onto the LIMS system. Skills/Experience: IT literate with proven experience of Microsoft office applications. Ability to communicate with people at all levels. Have a very positive and personable style. Highly organised, with an eye for detail. Ability to prioritise effectively. Confident telephone manner. Salary & Working hours: Monday Friday 08:00 16:00 or 09:00 17:00hrs (To be discussed) 12.78 per hour.

Working within the Helpdesk Team you will provide administration support and duties will include: - Answering incoming call and dealing with queries. Monitoring email inboxes and responding to general enquires. Processing orders. Liaising with internal and external customers. Updating database systems. Maintaining filing systems. The successful candidate must have: - Previous experience in an office administration role. Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal. Good working knowledge of MS Office to include Word and Excel. The ability to work as part of a small team.
