We are looking for an Executive Support Officer to provide outstanding administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive.
The role involves a mixture of home and office-based working as needed.
This includes: extensive diary and inbox management; taking accurate meeting notes; acting as a key interface between the Chief Executive and internal and external stakeholders; managing a small team of Executive Support Assistants and working collaboratively with the wider Executive Support Team.
This role is officially known as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Receptionist Administrator / Facilities Administrative Assistant with experience in a similar reception / administration / facilities role, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required for a well-established charity based in East London.
