IT Supplier Manager, Supply Relationship Manager (SRM), Fully Remote
Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced IT Supply Manager with a background in Building and Maintaining IT supply functions.
This is a key role that involves overseeing and managing all aspects of our third-party IT suppliers.
As the Sourcing & Supplier Manager for Microsoft, your primary responsibility is to lead sourcing engagements, facilitate the governance of the relationship across the Group, monitor / oversee the goods, services & activities provided and any risks that arise.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the rest of the Global Procurement Team in order to manage the demands and needs of your internal stakeholders.
Your role involves ensuring compliance with our outsourcing and third-party policies, as well as the broader WTW policies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Procurement Systems: Design, implement, and manage advanced procurement systems to streamline procurement operations.
Support on the growth of a Procurement Centre of Excellence: Lead in the fostering of a procurement engine room, moving forward the agenda around procurement process & technology, as well as future themes around resilience and sustainability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal contractual delivery, advocating for the service across both internal and external delivery, and holding all parties to account.

A key role with a high degree of visibility and profile, you will take ownership of and continue to embed a small high-performing team, with responsibility for the sourcing and procurement of strategic goods (indirect), services and works, global trade compliance and logistics, and the maintenance and development of Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC), policies, processes, systems and tools.
The role will see you responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the timely achievement of key milestones.
You will also provide expert guidance to decentralised procurement teams, empowering them to operate independently.
