Base salary £25,000 - £35,000, with uncapped comms

This fast-growing international business, with operations in Europe and the USA, is known for its high-quality digital engagement platforms that help high-level decision-makers solve challenges, discuss strategies, and find actionable solutions.
Building strong credible relationships with our clients by supporting them to optimise and maximise their return on investment (ROI) from our offering.
General
You will enable them to fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis.
You will be responsible for providing market leading service and will ensure that our clients receive maximum value from their investment.
The successful candidate will have worked in Customer Success, Customer Retention or similar for 5 years, with at least 2 years management experience.
You will have implemented retention strategies, have strong data analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
