About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of students, helping them achieve their full potential during their time at college.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
Develop and implement individualised strategies to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
General
To support the educational, social, and emotional development of children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, ensuring they receive tailored support to succeed academically and personally within the school environment.
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker working for a residential college No Personal Care to support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who have additional social, emotional and mental health needs, by preparing them for adult life and facilitating their transition into further education, training, or employment.
