The International Study Centre needs an experienced and accomplished Student Experience Support Officer Student Data & Enhancement.
This is a fast-paced environment and the successful applicant will have proven customer service skills and previous experience of working with international students, possess excellent IT, communication and organisational skills.
The post holder will undertake a variety of tasks including student records, managing and coordinating student attendance, student administration support and provide support to the academic and SMT where necessary.
You will be supported by a Student Support Officer (Engagement & Transition) and will work closely with the rest of the Student Experience Team.
Operationally reporting to the Head of Student Support, you will lead on projects that engage international students with partner universities and transition to life and study in the UK.
Leeds International Study Centre and its programmes are provided by Study Group in collaboration with the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University.
