Senior Stress Engineer - Aerospace
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Stress Engineer to join our dynamic team for our client who are specialists in the design, development and manufacture of bespoke tooling.
AWE has a great opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer (Warhead Enhanced Nuclear Safety Team).
The successful candidate will be working with a multi-disciplined team made up of Engineers, Physicists and Material Scientist to provide concepts, prototypes and validated engineered solutions to support Replacement Warhead technologies.
This role will involve developing warhead components and sub-systems that contain pressurised equipment, mechanical structures, electrical sensors and chemical interfaces.
