As an HR Advisor you will be undertaking a generalist HR Advisor role :-
Employer relations case work - absence, grievance, disciplinary, investigations
Working in a small HR team the purpose of the role is to provide strong administrative support for the team & contribute to the strategy by working on projects and implementing new initiatives to move the department forwards.
A reputable brand based in Bournemouth, Dorset is looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a part time, temporary basis until June 2025.
What will HR Administrator role involve
Provide first-line support on HR queries including contracts, policies, and pensions.
