Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy team supporting with a variety of HR generalist, employer relations and consultations project work.
As an HR Advisor you will be undertaking a generalist HR Advisor role :-
- Employer relations case work - absence, grievance, disciplinary, investigations
- Supporting a change project involving 1:1 meetings during a consultation including note taking
Candidates
- We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with experiences in HR department including a range of employer relations case work and consultation change activity, eg-restructuring/redundancy consultations involving 1:1 meetings and note-taking-
- Solid organisational and administration skills, including note taking / typing, are essential.
- Ability to pick up a case load quickly and work as part of a friendly and busy team
OfferThis is initially a 4-12 weeks temporary contract to support during a busy period.
