The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. Objectives of the role include: Innovate and inspire the marketing team to deliver best-in-class marketing for our clients. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Responsibilities of the role include: Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing communications, including print, digital, and video assets for our clients. Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the agency's portfolio, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels. Manage content and updates for clients and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events. Train and inspire the marketing team to deliver best-in-class marketing for our clients. Gather customer and market insights to inform strategies, have an excellent understanding of marketing trends. Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing activity creating a monthly report to be shared with senior team and clients. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Requirements to be succesful in the role include: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field At least 2 year's-experience in people management Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns Proficiency with online marketing, email and social media strategy Experience of account management and client interaction Willingness to travel Established contacts in media Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity Experience with marketing automation This is a hands on managerial and team leading role therefore you will need to demosntrate you have experience in managing and supporting a team of marketing assistants, providing training and mentorship. Business Development Manager (Manchester area) required by a leading UK wide office resources management company. The role of the Business Development Manager will be to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. You will work with senior level management, marketing, and sales staff. You will oversee the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Your responsibility will be to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This will require a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide and of the company's competitors. You will be given an annual sales target and your pipeline will be reviewed every month. This is a full time, permanent role salary circa £40-50k per annum (may be slightly negotiable) plus excellent uncapped commission and fantastic bonus scheme, company car and laptop provided must be a holder of a valid UK Driving Licence This role will be home based but there will be travel required within the Manchester area to perform your duties. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to business development. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Weekly sales meetings and produce data and results of new business conversion Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. Work with bid writers to ensure bids are made (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner. Customer intelligence feeding Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
