About the role
This is full time working 40 hours per week on night ( 10pm to 6am).

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager with all aspects of the day-to-day running (in line with Children's Homes Regulations) of the Children's Home including promoting the safeguarding of young people's welfare.

Participate in the on-call roster in support of the Children's Home.
As a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for managing the customer liaison team, will implement a framework for effective complaint management, ensure that all customer complaints are thoroughly investigated, and do root cause analysis to ensure lessons are learnt from service issues.
