The Box Office & Events Supervisor leads the running of the box office and the delivery of all aspects of the ticketing service.
This includes looking after our ticketing system, setting up events, selling tickets, generating and contributing to reporting needs, while developing and implementing procedures to ensure excellent customer service and administrative efficiency.
