We are in partnership with a well-rated 'Outstanding' OFSTED school in Bournemouth, who are currently seeking a Class Teacher for September 2024. This is a full-time, permanent role, focusing on Key Stage 2 students.

Classroom Teacher (Year 5)

Start Date: September

Responsible to: Headteacher

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: 30,000-40,000 (depending on experience)

Full-Time Position

Hours: Monday-Friday, Term Time Only

Contract Type: Permanent

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of Key Stage 2 students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their academic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing teaching practices.
  • An understanding of OFSTED standards and the ability to contribute to maintaining a good school rating.
