The viability and full assessment and support of friends and family members prior to approval as kinship foster carers or special guardians.
The Assistant Team Manager in Adult Care is responsible for overseeing the provision of high-quality, legally compliant services to vulnerable adults.
This role involves managing complex cases, ensuring adherence to the Care Act 2014 (S42), Mental Capacity Act 2005, and supervising the development of person-centred care plans.
Working within a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists the post holder will have the opportunity to work in local schools and colleges across the 4 years to 25 years age range or with a smaller age range within this.

The transformation manager will oversee this work with support from in-house project management staff.

It has recently been agreed to bring housing/homelessness services currently delivered by the Council's LATC (Encompass) back in house.
