Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse - Croydon Assessment and Triage Team. £27 ph
Working autonomously, the post holder will be required to participate in receiving and screening referrals to the service, carrying out assessments and signposting / treatment.
The role is to commence ASAP and the role is full time, working Monday - Friday
The hourly rate for the role is £27.00 p/h.
The contract is a long term, NHS contract.
Candidates must be a qualified RMN with a valid NMC Pin and must have previous experience of assessments/ triage referrals/psychiatric liaison and working in the community.
