The Role As a Sales Manager, you will enhance and develop housing sales throughout the South West. Working within the Sales and Marketing leadership team, you will manage a team of motivated and talented Sales Advisors and Co-ordinators to ensure that your team is high-performing and support in their development. You will ensure that all allocated sites have a suitable and well presented sales set-up to enable the team to create housing sales. Taking part in various projects, you will advise and support project teams and assist in the formulation of solutions. Additionally, you will: - Attend regular meetings to discuss live projects performance and contracts - Ensure that the website is kept up to date - Coach and delegate work - Review all live site spends and movements with CVR reports - Provide onsite sales support or cover to meet business demand About You To be considered as a Sales Manager, you will need: - Strong experience in a relevant sales leadership role - Experience of creating and delivering a targeted marketing strategy - Experience of working with social media for professional sales purposes - Experience of business writing or copywriting - An understanding of customer profiling and market data to drive effective campaigns - Knowledge of the property market - Interpersonal and communication skills - A relevant industry higher-level qualification Other organisations might call this role Construction Sales Manager, Housing Sales Manager, Housing Development Sales Manager, Property Sales Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, Sales Team Lead, Sales Team Leader, or Sales Team Manager.
