£48/hr - CP- TM - Social worker (South West England)

Looking to step down from the unreasonable caseload that social workers are burdened with, and take on a more relaxed role at the same time?
With a hybrid working structure, this role pays the generous rate of £48/hr alongside getting some much sought after managerial experience.
About the role:
- 2 Days a week in the office
- 37 hours a week
- Offering supervision and training of caseholding Social Workers.
- Receiving reports from the team during strategy meetings
- Distributing and reviewing cases
- Onboarding new workers in the team

What you'll bring to the table:
- At least 4 years post-qualifying experience as a social worker
- Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
- Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
- DBS Checked
