Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Service Centre Advisor is the first point of contact to our customers via multiple channels such as Email, Telephone and Digital, supporting them with their prime needs whilst collaborating with our internal and external stakeholders.
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Wigston Leicester.
General
This is a full time temporary on going position, Monday to Friday which offers a heavy hybrid model
As an advisor you can expect to take between 40-50 calls on average per day and will be tasked with understanding the customers needs, closing the sale, building the customers basket (including services) and walking them through the full sales journey.
Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers that have been on the website and looking to purchase some amazing tech !
Sytner Leicester is looking for a Trade Disposal Assistant to join their busy Preparation Team, helping to deliver the highest standard of vehicle presentation and preparation and champion the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

But mainly we need our trade disposal assistant to appraise, photograph and write up our internal Sytner electronic auction cars.
Take control of all non retail part exchange disposal, this can include making sure all relevant V5 and service histories are uploaded to our internal systems, control of transferring cars to our select operations.
