We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with both products and services.

Duties

  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Utilise phone etiquette to ensure clear and effective communication with customers.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing and troubleshooting issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes during peak times.

Qualifications

  • Contact centre experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
