Role purpose
Maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.To support the Practice when informing and advising clients on the financial strategies, plans and products, and organise the technical task, illustrations, and reports.
To lead and oversee administrative support to the Partner Practice to ensure that the relationships between the Practice and clients can be optimised.
Key duties and responsibilities
Oversee the administration team and provide regular updates to key stakeholders within the business.
Project Administrator / Learning and Development Coordinator with experience working in project management or as an event coordinator or in a similar administrative role, who has excellent organisational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills is required for a well-established organisation based in Coventry, West Midlands.
This role is known within the organisation as an Officer Development Coordinator
Flexibility of working hours is reasonably required from time to time to meet the requirements of the post.
Project Coordinator / Sports Event and Activities Administrator with experience of providing administrative support on planning events and activities, with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, is required for a well-established organisation based in Coventry, West Midlands.
This role is known within the organisation as a Sports Coordinator
Flexibility of working hours is reasonably required from time to time to meet the requirements of the post.
