As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing the night staff, dealing with any guest requests or issues that may arise, and ensuring that all hotel operations are running smoothly.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to oversee the hotel's overnight operations and ensure that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay.

Managing the night staff and ensuring that they are performing their duties to a high standard.
To support the Deputy Facilities Manager in leading a team of Team Leaders, cleaning, catering, portering staff and sub-contractors to deliver a fully integrated facilities service, managing the teams to ensure efficient and effective service provision in line with agreed budgets and service specifications.
About The Role
Monitor and report on the quality and financial performance of services within the scope of the contract.
To manage the Hospitality Catering Function, consistently delivering a high quality, efficient Hospitality service that meets or exceeds client, customer and Compass objectives.To build client relationships and instil trust in all aspects of the function.To assist other catering departments as requested.To deliver great service in line within all Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Understand and deliver all contractual termsAct as first point on contact for all hospitality bookings.Communicate regularly with client (as per agreed Service level agreement)Implement and maintain a customer feedback process.
