Our client in Dorking is seeking a Property (Block) Manager to join their busy and friendly property management team.
To manage a residential portfolio of blocks of flats and housing estates that will comprise 500-600 units, depending on the mix of flats & houses, or 30-35 developments depending on the mix of blocks of flats and housing estates.
To ensure that all of the Block & Estate Management duties are undertaken in accordance with the lease/deeds, legislations, RICS regulations and in a timely manner.
