A fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable, multi-brand travel company where you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects across the business. Salary of up to £50k, hybrid working at modern Surrey office. Fantastic range of company benefits and staff travel discounts.

Project Manager Role & Responsibilities:

  • Management of multiple projects & work streams through full project life-cycle, to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Define and document scope of projects.
  • Forecast & management of resources needed to achieve objectives in an effective manner, securing and assigning the right resource to the right tasks.
  • Preparing budgets and tracking costs.
  • Ensure all risks and issues are reported and escalated.
  • Maintain project schedule and work plan, monitor progress and update as needed.
  • Adhere to company project management principles.
  • Effective stakeholder management and project communication.
  • Oversee third-party partners, ensuring they meet required quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and drive effective project governance across all work-streams.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure supplier relationships are well managed and consistent.

Project Manager - Skills & Experience Required:

  • In depth project management experience, preferably gained within the travel industry but other backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice, project management software tools and methodologies.
  • Commercial acumen with an ability to assess data.
  • Hands-on, flexible and solution focused characteristics.

Project Manager - Additional Information:

  • Salary £40k to £50k dependent on experience.
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in Surrey office and 2 remote.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
