Project Manager

Project Manager Role & Responsibilities:
- Management of multiple projects & work streams through full project life-cycle, to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Define and document scope of projects.
- Forecast & management of resources needed to achieve objectives in an effective manner, securing and assigning the right resource to the right tasks.
- Preparing budgets and tracking costs.
- Ensure all risks and issues are reported and escalated.
- Maintain project schedule and work plan, monitor progress and update as needed.
- Adhere to company project management principles.
- Effective stakeholder management and project communication.
- Oversee third-party partners, ensuring they meet required quality, budget, and timelines.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and drive effective project governance across all work-streams.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure supplier relationships are well managed and consistent.
Project Manager - Skills & Experience Required:
- In depth project management experience, preferably gained within the travel industry but other backgrounds will also be considered.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of best practice, project management software tools and methodologies.
- Commercial acumen with an ability to assess data.
- Hands-on, flexible and solution focused characteristics.
Project Manager - Additional Information:
- Salary £40k to £50k dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working - 3 days in Surrey office and 2 remote.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
