We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced ASB Enforcement Officer in St. Helens on behalf of a well-established housing association until the end of March 2025 and hourly rates up to £23.34 per hour.
Key responsibilities
Working in partnership with colleagues in the Neighbourhoods team to protect customers and communities from ASB and nuisance.
Overseeing a caseload of serious and complex anti-social behaviour & other tenancy breach cases including hate crime and domestic abuse, where early interventions have failed, and legal action is to be pursued.
My client is looking for someone with experience being a Resident Liaison Officer.
The primary function of this position is to be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes.
The RLO will also deal with customer complaints and provide support to vulnerable residents.
