Required licence or certification: Driving Licence

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 15:30, Friday: 07:30 - 15:00

Our client, a well-respected organisation, is seeking Neighbourhood Care Operatives to join their dynamic Neighbourhood Services Team at Bolton Council. If you have a passion for outdoor work and take pride in maintaining the beauty of our cemeteries and open spaces, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Strimming and mowing cemeteries and open spaces to keep them in pristine condition
Assisting with the removal of litter and emptying litter bins
Undertaking various grounds maintenance duties, including maintaining shrub and flower beds
Performing pedestrian grass cutting when required

What We're Looking For:

Physical fitness to undertake all aspects of the job, as outlined in the Job Description
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Excellent customer care skills
Flexibility to meet the needs of the service
Availability to work overtime if necessary
An appropriate driving licence (pre-1997 or LGV licence would be advantageous)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 15:30
  • Friday: 07:30 - 15:00
