We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator for an energetic and dynamic office located near Birmingham City Centre, selling furniture as part of a long-term, inclusive, family business which has been in operation for over 50 years.

The office is located within our warehouse, along with a number of our other offices and our customer showroom but offers a contemporary environment in which to work, with air-conditioning and plenty of space for staff to feel comfortable during their working hours.
Reporting to the Product and Marketing Manager (PMM) of the Electrical division based in head office, the Retail Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing first class administrative support in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.
This role is crucial to support the PMM to ensure all supplier and store queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
This role is incredibly fast paced and the ability to prioritise will be crucial.
Your role as QA Admin is a varied role bridging the data between Pepco and Poundland, Clothing and GM.

You will be responsible for shaping the Poundland strategy aligned with Pepco to ensure we have a coordinated approach across the business and excite the customer.
