I'm currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join my clients small team based in Aston, Birmingham.

Role

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers
  • Manage all incoming enquiries and inbox
  • Manage courier collections
  • Print labels for warehouse
  • Process all orders
  • Update all customers data accordingly

You must

  • Have worked within Customer Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Be confident to pick up the phone and build relationships with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and able work to tight deadlines
  • Have a can do attitude

£23,500
