Property Manager (Residential)
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will manage approximately 220-230 properties, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards.
The Client
Our client is a well-established estate agency, delivering outstanding service to individuals seeking assistance in buying, selling, renting, or managing their properties.
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
The Property Manager will provide first class customer service to both tenants and the client, and ensure health and safety compliance in relation to the portfolio, so as to minimize risk to tenants and clients alike.
This opening for a Property Manager is a fantastic opportunity to manage circa 150 individual demises occupied by Market Let tenants for two prestigious clients along with undertaking block management duties.
