Key Responsibilities
Primarily assisting in the management of a multi-location residential portfolios.
Liaising with and acting as the main point of contact for tenants, occupiers and contractors on maintenance issues and organising timely repairs via purchase orders.
The Residential Property Management Operations Director is responsible for providing strategic oversight and guidance to ensure the efficient and safe operation of a portfolio of residential properties in the UK.
