I'm working with a fantastic Care Provider who is need of a new Registered Manager to run their purpose built, medium sized residential care home. The Home is fully staffed, uses no agency, high occupancy and ‘Good' with CQC.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager
:
- Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
- Building and maintaining high occupancy.
- Maintaining minimal agency usage.
Home Manager
Requirements:
- Experience as Registered Manager desired, managing a Residential home is essential.
- Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia residents.
- Good track record with CQC.
- Computer literacy.
