The role is 5 days a week in the office.

Japanese speaking reservation clerk - Responsibilities
Booking flights/hotels/trains/other transportation such as rent a car for both individuals and groups and providing related service such as mileage upgrade or seat assignment.
Issuing, amending, cancelling, refunding tickets for both individual and group.
