Key Responsibilities
Develop and test polymer syntheses and formulations, progressing from laboratory scale to coating line trials and full-scale plant production.

This is a full-time, position focused on a variety of tasks, including small-scale development, pilot-scale polymer synthesis, full-scale manufacturing trials, and product performance testing.
The R & D Chemist will be reporting to the Lead Scientist and collaborate closely with other team members and providing technical support.
The R&D Manager will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution and successful completion of new product development projects - in accordance with the NPD stage gate process; on time; to specification; to product cost; within planned budget.
This role is pivotal in driving product-oriented initiatives, focusing on both the enhancement of existing products and the development of new, innovative solutions.
