We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Business Partner to join a successful, growing business in a role supporting employees across the South East of England.
This is a generalist, operational Business Partnering role where you will provide HR advice and support to employees on a broad range of people related matters.
This is a hybrid role with the need for flexibility to travel to different locations across the South East, as well as to the Head Office in Bagshot.
You will support students with special educational needs, and a range of associated social, emotional and mental health challenges and traumas.
Some children / young people will have suffered adverse childhood experiences, and you will identify their risks and needs, escalating where necessary.
